For Christmas this year, I would like wood stairs!!  My carpet is too hard to keep clean..  I have been good all year!!  I promise I have!  I will even install them to cut down on the cost  :)

I have been non-stop the past few days decorating for Christmas!  I always keep it simple, but it sure is a lot of work!!  I have everything up now except for my big tree.  That I will do tonight {I hope}!   I always save my main tree for last, because that's what the kids like to help me do :)   We can watch a Christmas movie & drink hot chocolate.. yum!  Last night Olivia put up her little tree.  So cute!  I"ve decorated her room every year for Christmas since she was 2.  It's always pink of course.  Now that she's older, she wants her room re-done, like a teenager's.  They grow up too fast!!!   Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!  :)

I can hardly believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving!  One of my favorite holidays!  Where has this year gone??  I have been busy the last few days getting stuff done around the house so that I can decorate for Christmas this weekend!!   Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving!!  :)

Football at the park, has come to an end...  it's always bittersweet.  By the end of the season everyone feels like family.  Time to get our lives back & get ready for the holidays.  My little cheerleader's team made it all the way to the little league superbowl.  They didn't win, but it was a close game!  They did great!!  We had a really good season this year... busy, but lots of fun :)

I made my kids matching sweatshirts for a cheer competition.  They turned out really cute!  Goooo Cowboys! ;)

Now that I have more time.. I plan to get started on my Christmas projects & work on my etsy shop.  I finally opened it this weekend.   I need to add items.. I have lots of stuff in mind  :)

I have been craving homemade beef stew!!  So today I'm making it!!  Cooking is not something I do often...  so I hope my kids enjoy it!  I do love crock pot meals!!  My house smells YUUUUUMMMMY! :)    Plus.. Check out the framed vinyl..   :)

This past Spring, my husband enclosed a quarter of our garage.  It has now become my office/craft/vinyl room!  I spend a lot of time in here & I love it!  It's like being at home, yet not.. if that makes any sense.  I have a TV, computer, refrigerator, work table & desk... as well as my cutter, T-shirt press & all my supplies.. Yet it feels so spacious & I have lots of room to work.  But now that the weather is cooler... I need warmth!  With the concrete walls, it sometimes feels colder in here than it does outside.   

I think I need to look into getting a space heater...  OR possibly an electric fireplace!..  I have 2 in my house already.  One in my bedroom & one in my living room.... ahhhh!  Of course, nothing can measure up to the "real" thing... but when you have to improvise..  They are GREAT!!  They really are warm too!  And give such ambiance!  I love fireplaces & beautiful mantles!  Especially this time of the year!  Now if I could just afford wood floors... :)

I have a whole bunch of vintage bottles that my Dad collected when digging on his property.  He's guessing they are about 60-70 years old!!!   I LOVE them!!   I'm so excited!!!!   I am going to work this week on decorating them to sell!  :)     They are so intriguing to me!  I wish I knew the story behind each one....   I'm gonna be keeping a few for myself!  ;)

I love gardening!  It's like therapy to me... I prefer to cut my own lawn! ;)   I grew up in the plant & landscaping business.  My Dad & Mom can name just about any tree, flower, plant or shrub around.... & tell you how to care for it.  The best time to plant, prune & fertilize!  I have learned sooo much from them throughout the years, as well as a love for the outdoors & God's creations :) 

They have the most peaceful backyard!  A great place to enjoy family time together!!

My Little Buckaroo!  Yee Haw!    If you look in his window.. (Kinda hard to see)   I made a vinyl spider for Halloween.  Needless to say, he has been sleeping in my room for the past 3 weeks...   ;)

I'm not the greatest.  I wish I was!  But I'd much rather order pizza.. it's my favorite.  If I do cook, it's usually something frozen or hamburger helper.. lol.   I've tried many times, but something always goes wrong.  It never turns out looking like the pictures on the recipe page  ;)

Sounds odd, I know, but I prefer to clean the kitchen afterwards, than cook.. :)
